Long Term
Liais with brokerage customers to gather EDI requirements (x12, CSV, XML, etc.)
Analyze customer specs and integrate with backend operations systems
Draft mapping specs, work with developers, and lead end-to-end testing
Prioritize EDI enhancements and fixes with business teams and partners
Participate in cross-functional collaboration for future-state planning
Develop and improve SOPs and ensure reliable IT delivery
Lead weekly review calls and prepare regular status reports
Train internal teams on EDI processes when necessary
Experience in logistics or supply chain
1+ year in EDI and/or TMS application support
3 years in business analysis with x12, JSON, XML, Flat Files
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
2 years of technical experience in application support or project management
