PROJECT DETAILS:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer GenAI & Cloud Integration Consultant to join a high-impact, forward-thinking team engaged in large-scale, enterprise-level engineering initiatives. This contingent assignment requires deep technical expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to drive complex solutions in fast-paced environments.
In this role, you will:
Consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad enterprise impact and long-term strategic value.
Evaluate and resolve large-scale, multi-faceted challenges involving novel technologies, enterprise constraints, and compliance requirements.
Design and develop GenAI applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and related technologies.
Integrate AI models seamlessly with enterprise systems and cloud-native platforms.
Collaborate strategically with internal and client personnel to deliver compliant, scalable, and secure software solutions.
Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring engineering best practices and risk governance.
Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues in large-scale Java/Python-based applications within containerized OpenShift environments.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent through work, consulting, military, or education.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Python development.
5+ years working in containerized environments (preferably OpenShift).
3+ years of AI/ML or Cloud (preferably Google Cloud Platform) engineering experience.
2+ years of experience with SDLC & Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with LLMs, GenAI, agentic frameworks, and integrating AI models with enterprise workflows.
Familiarity with enterprise risk, security, and compliance protocols.
Proven leadership in mentoring and guiding technical teams.
