Must sit onsite in Charlotte NC 3 days a week. TEKsystems is currently looking for a Workday Configuration Analyst that will be responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. A minimum of 7 years of experience is needed in two of the core areas below: Workday HCM (Pro Certification preferred) Workday Advanced Compensation (Pro Certification preferred) Workday Benefits Workday Recruiting Workday Time and Absence Workday VNDLY Workday Peakon Workday Extend Key responsibilities of the job are to: Provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex Workday modules. Align technical solutions to business objectives. Ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Research Workday Community to keep abreast of new functionality. Review current configuration and investigate how to improve processes for the long term. Advise on upcoming projects and be the technical point of contact. Proactively reviews tech debt reduction and innovation opportunities across Workday domains
