Job Description
IVR Tester with Cyara Tool
- Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts for the IVR system
- Verify and validate performance and reliability of the IVR system.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
- Work closely with the development team to ensure defects are closed timely manner.
- Good understanding of Cyara Velocity, Cruncher and Pulse modules
- Develop and document test plans
- Ensure world class customer experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in testing any IVR platform (manual / Cyara)
- Good understanding of below contact center concepts:
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- IVR, Bots, Routing, CTI, Agent Desktop, Dialers, WFM
Salary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year
