The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support HR operations. This role focuses on system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and user support. The analyst works closely with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Workday, including business processes, workflows, and security profiles Support and customize Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Reporting) Create advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields Troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions Partner with HR to implement enhancements and improve processes Provide training and support to HR staff and other system users Manage system integrations with other HR tools (e.g., payroll, benefits, time tracking) Lead HRIS projects including upgrades and new feature rollouts Maintain system documentation and ensure proper change management practices Stay informed on HR technology trends and best practices
Qualifications:
