The successful candidate will have previous experience with a wide range of technical issues, including PC support and developing solutions to business problems.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Monitor and manage centralized security tools and systems. Conduct regular assessments and audits of centralized services to ensure compliance with industry standards. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
Conduct Objective Reviews:
Perform thorough and objective reviews of customers’ IT environments to ensure alignment with defined standards.
Define and Maintain Standards:
Develop, document, and maintain IT standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all customer environments.
Identify Misalignments:
Identify areas where customers’ IT environments do not meet established standards and recommend corrective actions.
Support Proactive IT Management:
Assist in transitioning customers from reactive to proactive IT management by implementing and enforcing alignment standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously review and improve alignment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
