•Job Summary•Technical consultant Senior has extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. Technical Consultant Seniors define develop test analyze and maintain software applications in support of the achievement of the business requirements. The role demands strong analytical skills and high research design documentation and software modification capabilities throughout the production life cycle. •Responsibilities•+ Manage all important project processes such as platform architecture documentation integration documentation work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development. Attend participate and occasionally lead Scrum meetings. + Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team. + Fulfill Projects technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers. + Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices. + Ensure Project Lead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios capabilities expertise and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and requirements. + Fill technical or process roles in our projects if needed. + Lead educate mentor and develop the resources who are assigned to his/her projects. + Assist in the scoping of new opportunities design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently. + Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project. + Partnership with HR to deliver technical interviews and support the recruitment process. •Certifications Required•+ ServiceNow platform + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator + ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM + Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of
ITSM + ITIL

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
