Microsoft Intune Intune Information Technology VPN Full Job Description Responsibilities & Opportunities Broad Function and Purpose of Position :

Tasks include the operation and management of our technical office infrastructure and assisting users with their technical issues. Provide onsite and remote support for our employees throughout the United States. Deploy and maintain the technical tools that allow our teams to do their best work.

Specific Responsibilities:

User account management, PC imaging, software installation, migrations, printer setup, and desk setup for employees. Help manage and maintain our company owned mobile phone deployment using MDM. Troubleshoot and resolve user hardware and software issues. Provide Level 2 support for our external IT Service Desk. Completion of help desk tickets within prescribed service level agreements. Assist in ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. Apply software patches in a timely manner. Phone system administration, including set up of hard-phones, soft-phones, and audio conferencing. Audio and visual management for video conferencing and presentation sharing equipment. Support for RF Scanners in our Production/Logistics departments. Drafting and maintaining User Support documentation. Assisting with the installation of networking devices and servers, as needed. Design and implement projects that utilize technology to improve efficiency and capacity for the team. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Skills Degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of work-related experience providing IT support. Strong customer service focused attitude. Very strong communication skills and experience communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders. Handle clients professionally during all interactions. Knowledge/Experience with Microsoft products including Windows 10 and Office 365 (Outlook and Teams). Knowledge/Experience with Apple mobile hardware and software (iOS) and MDM (Microsoft inTune). Basic network troubleshooting knowledge including DHCP, DNS, and VPN. Ability to excel in a fast-paced and agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required to be successful. Effectively prioritize tasks and escalate problems to management when needed. Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Execute tasks with high accuracy and reliability.
