The Opportunity:

Carixa is seeking a motivated Entry Level Software Implementation & Support Consultant to join our growing team. In this dual role position, you will play a vital part in onboarding new clients onto our Carixa Order to Cash platform and providing ongoing support to our existing customer base. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable technical and client facing skills, and contribute directly to our clients’ success.
Responsibilities:
Software Implementation:
Assist in the implementation and configuration of the Carixa Order to Cash software for new clients. Work closely with senior consultants to understand client business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Participate in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Contribute to the creation of client specific documentation and training materials. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
Client Support:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical support requests related to the Carixa platform. Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Guide clients on best practices for utilizing the Carixa software to achieve their business objectives. Document support interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system. Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
General:
Maintain a strong understanding of the Carixa Order to Cash platform and its various features. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Continuously learn and develop your technical and consulting skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline; OR equivalent relevant work experience. Candidates with non- business degrees (e.g., STEM, Liberal Arts, or other fields) are encouraged to apply if they are tech-savvy or have related experience.
Core Skills:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Aptitude for learning new software and technologies quickly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed. Familiarity with business processes related to order management, invoicing, payments, or collections is a plus. Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus.
