Workday Pro HCM Core Services Consultant
Long term Remote Role Overview
As a Workday Pro HCM Core Services Consultant at GlobalPoint Inc., you will design,
configure, and optimize core HCM modules (e.g., Staffing Models, Absence Management,
Security). You’ll partner with clients to translate business requirements into Workday
functionality, lead UAT, and drive go-live readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Core HCM components: Organizations, Positions, Job Profiles, Business Processes
Develop security roles and domain-based security policies
Lead workshops and design sessions with HR stakeholders
Document configuration, test scripts, and post-go-live support plans
Troubleshoot issues and coach client teams on best practices
Required Certification
Workday Pro HCM Core Services Certification (must be transferable to GlobalPoint Inc.)
