The ideal candidate must have 10 years of previous experience in DX consultation business practice prefers in Manufacturing industry. This is a direct hire; full time position and Hybrid work setting.

English/Japanese Bilingual Digital Transformation Consultant Responsibilities:

• Lead and propose DX strategies and implementation projects for Japanese manufacturing cliental in the United States and Central America.
• Consulting with clients to identify, prioritize, frame and structure complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Help clients build realistic and scalable digital strategies that meet their company specific needs.
• Define requirements, design, plan projects, prepare data, conduct data analysis, and review projects in order to define the next step
• Coordinate with associated resources to implementation and monitoring outcomes.
• Define requirements at the implementation stage by corresponding with internal and external resources.
• Keep up to date on the transformation areas, business themes, and opportunities available for exploitation.
• Act as the project manager role, leading the team on the DX projects, and ensure the successful delivery.

English/Japanese Bilingual Digital Transformation Consultant Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years previous experience in Digital Transformation consultation business practice prefers in Manufacturing industry.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in both Japanese and English language in professional level or above.
• Experience in MES, CMMS, PLM, and other core manufacturing systems such as ERP, SCM, and QMS is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of concepts in enterprise architecture, cloud, AI, data, or automation
• Project Management Professional certification preferred
• Knowledge of a variety of AI/ ML techniques.
