Job Description Responsibilities Assist supervisor or department head with system enhancements, including patching network devices and servers, installing/upgrading software and hardware, and configuring systems.
Support the daily operation of banking compliance systems by following established procedures.
Prepare documentation and reports for IT management in collaboration with team lead.
Respond to helpdesk tickets and user requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Requirements Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of experience in system operations involving Windows and Linux OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Apache, Veeam, EMC, and VMware vSphere.
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Linux, and system infrastructure. Additional Qualifications Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, IT operations, inventory and patch management, and incident response.
Experience supporting both Windows- and Linux-based workstations and servers.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Availability for periodic system updates outside of regular business hours.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
IT-related professional certifications are a strong plus.
