Consultant must provide Three (3) Professional References; Work Authorization and valid Photo ID Must have
Skills:
12-15 years of Senior level Technical Lead expertise ensuring successful technology delivery of Business Diversity Software implementations.
Must have hands-on experience, make complex technical decisions, interface with senior business and technical leaders.
Should have expertise collaborate with technical teams in development, Infrastructure, Cyber and Vendor/SI technical teams.
Must have most importantly, take ownership to ensure quality, well-architected and on-time delivery of technical solutions.
Expertise oversees all technical activities of developers and technical staff
Provide direction and guidance for development projects, and ensure that all projects meet the highest quality standards.
Should be a creative thinker to provide innovative solutions to complex development challenges
Must have experience in custom and COTS applications in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are must have.
