SAP America, Inc. seeks a Technology Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to support the technical workstream and the coordination of technical stakeholders in an engagement. Explains complex technical aspects to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences. Supports coordination of delivery activities with technology partners. Plans and executes solution deployments. Leverages the capabilities of the SAP’s latest technology platform(s) and reinforces their benefits. Supports the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Implements and supports the operation of technical system landscapes. Supports setup and connectivity of integrated system landscapes (on-premise, cloud and hybrid) by applying state-of-the-art methodologies. Delivers technology components-specific expert consulting. Supports line manager(s) in people development tasks. Delivers customer workshops and trainings. Creates project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Supports the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; can be owner of a service and/or supports updates to the portfolio. Supports in solution testing and issue resolution. Can mentor technology consultants. Leverage the capabilities of the Business Technology Platform (BTP). Support the transformation of the Intelligent Enterprise. Support implementation and coding of services, composites as solution architect. Deliver customer workshops and trainings. As team lead, support respective line manager(s) in people development tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:

• Designing, developing and architecting solutions using SAP MDG technology including Data modelling, Process modelling, UI Modelling, Value Mapping, Key Mapping, DRF framework, Business Rules, Data Masking and performing SAP Security checks using Roles and Authorizations; “`{=html}“
• Designing and architecting solutions for Employee Master Data, MDG Consolidation, Mass Processing, Master Data Harmonization and Central Master Data Management processes; “`{=html}“
• Driving and monitoring Data Migration activities; “`{=html}“
• Implementing SAP application enhancements using SAP Enhancement framework; “`{=html}“
• Designing and integrating SAP Ariba/SLP, DQM, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Success Factors to S/4 HANA and SAP MDG systems; and “`{=html}“
• Designing and developing SAP Workflows, user Interfaces, search views using SAP UI5 technology.

 Position does require up to 100% domestic and international travel to unanticipated customer sites to implement customer procured solutions.

Compensation Range Transparency:

The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611

• $171,700. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted c mbined range for this position is $125,611
• $202,000.

The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
