The Employee Data Governance organization iscurrently seeking an Experienced Employee Data ManagementSpecialist to join our team! – This position can be based inRenton, WA; Auburn, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; Tukwila, WA;Charleston, SC; Plano, TX; El Segundo, CA or Mesa, AZ.The selectedcandidate will be responsible for the daily processing of leave ofabsence transactions or related work across multiple HRIS systemsincluding Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.

Position Responsibilities:

Provides business process and HR system subject matterexpertise to business partners and work group. Coordinates small scale projects with customers and businesspartners to resolve issues. Evaluates wide-range of complex requests for various HR useraccess and takes appropriate action. Assists team members in fact finding for internal/external HRaudits. Maintains process documentation on HR systems applicationprocesses. Performs analysis on HR system applications to resolve datadiscrepancies ensuring that business processes are beingfollowed. Performs system testing to ensure system functionality and dataintegrity. Coordinates requests with business partners to perform largevolume transactions referring to established practice andpolicies. Creates HR system error queries to audit transaction activityfor errors using established work procedures.
