Job Description:

ProvideSr. Systems Engineering and Technical Support to the Zero TrustImplementation. The candidate will work with existing ICAMcapability teams to define requirements, develop architecture anddesign documentation, perform technology assessments, develop orcontribute to strategy and planning documents and support riskmitigation assessments. The candidate is expected to providetechnical expertise in industry, federal, and DoDstandards/policies as well as create and maintain ICAM Zero Trustdocumentation to include release notes, installation and userguides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with Zero Trustmandates. The candidate will have the ability to understand andwork with technologies like REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB,PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Docker, AWS, Nifi, Single Sign-On (OAuth andSAML) and Kubernetes. Other duties include research technicaltopics and apply it to different improvement areas, authordocumentation on technical topics including detailing how to useand configure system components and advisory documentation tosupport ICAM installation and planning. Additional duties includeresearching and analyzing cloud security environments, scalableinfrastructures, identifying capability gaps and enhancements forcurrent ICAM services, defining implementation processes, andoutlining hardware and software considerations. Must be able toassist the software developers with tracking and definingrequirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, andtesting support, and develop outreach and communications strategiesto external partners.

The Level 2 Senior Systems Engineer/TechnicalConsultant shall possess the following capabilities: Experience with SW development methodologies Ability to solve complex system/integration problems Experience briefing senior-level management Demonstrated engineering experience on programs withrequirements, functional analysis, and allocation, conductingsystem requirement reviews, developing CONOPS and systemarchitectures Strong verbal and written technical communication skills Experience in working with Software Development, TestEngineers, and System Administration teams to establishcapabilities that meet requirements Ability to facilitate meetings and brief technical concepts totechnical and non-technical personnel. Experience with developing program review materials Must be able to work in a collaborative environment. Must beable to work with minimum supervision and be customer focused. Experience with Confluence and JIRA Ability to perform advance troubleshooting Tier-2 Level 2 support experience a plus Strong customer service with the ability to diagnose andresolve customer problems Knowledge of EDH1/2,

ISM, CAPCO and CUIStandardsQualifications:

10+ Years of System Engineering experience in programs andcontracts of similar scope, type and complexity. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science,Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management,or a related discipline from an accredited college or university isrequired. 5 years of additional SE experience may be substitutedfor a bachelor’s degree for a total of 15 yearsPosition requiresactive Security Clearance with appropriate
