Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional system support and technical expertise while upholding our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. This role involves coordinating system design, providing technical assistance, and serving as a key liaison between the IT Department, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, strong customer relations, and a commitment to excellence in a dynamic, 24×7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfill all duties outlined in the competencies document, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

Maintain a professional demeanor and foster excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and colleagues, reflecting our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

Coordinate system support, including designing system preferences, modifying configurations, documenting processes, and providing training or knowledge-sharing as needed.

Act as a liaison between the IT Department, vendors, and clients to support multiple systems and applications effectively.

Provide technical and application support to clients and IT staff, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless system functionality.

Participate in an on-call rotation, offering 24×7 support, including daily operations, after-hours, and weekends as required.

Support system operations daily and contribute to successful system implementations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of computer system application modifications and support experience.

Minimum of three years of PC-oriented experience to include basic word processing and spreadsheets.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:

Minimum of an Associate degree in Healthcare/Computer Science/Business from an accredited school or equivalent work experience.,
