Job Description:
As a Sr. Technology Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and expanding IT Voice’s presence in the market. This role is focused on new logo acquisition—building relationships from the ground up—not account management or farming existing clients. While you may occasionally collaborate with existing accounts, the primary objective is to identify and close net-new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and acquire new clients through proactive outbound efforts.
Generate leads via cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
Collaborate with technical teams to design customized IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and telecom solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic sales planning.
Stay informed on industry trends and position IT Voice as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications:
Experience:
7+ years of B2B sales success in managed IT services, VOIP, or telephony.
Expertise:
Strong technical acumen in IT solutions, cloud services, managed hosting, VOIP, and cybersecurity.
Sales Focus:
Demonstrated success in hunting roles (not farming), with a focus on new client acquisition.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Location:
Must reside in or be able to commute to Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid role with regular in-person meetings and client visits.

Base Salary:
$65,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience.
