This role will develop and deliver technical training, including Lean and Six Sigma training (certifying Green and Black Belts), and support the continuous improvement strategy across all operational divisions. The role will partner with the O/S team and key stakeholders across all Kenco businesses to ensure effective training on essential tools and methodologies. This position is an individual contributor and reports to the VP of TA and Learning and Development. Functions Deliver and certify Lean and Six Sigma training programs at Green and Black Belt levels for internal teams and customers. Design and implement structured technical training programs using industry methodologies. Develop engaging and scalable technical training content in various formats (in-person, virtual, and self-paced modules). Consult with business leaders to identify skill gaps and drive continuous learning initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Partner with subject matter experts and the OS team to train users on operational tools and process improvement methodologies. Continuously assess training effectiveness using key metrics and provide monthly reports. Working within a core team to manage the online learning academy with a curriculum of digital learning modules. Assist with other learning programs of the core team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations research, supply chain management field or related required. 5-7 years of experience in implementing and applying Lean and Six Sigma techniques in the supply chain or related required. 2+ years of experience training on Lean, Six Sigma, Quality, and advanced engineering methodologies and tools required. Knowledge of JMP, Minitab, or other statistical software. Lean Bronze Certification required. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required. Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification highly desired. Competencies Business Acumen
