Job Description
Overview The Benefits Technology Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing HR systems related to employee benefits. This role supports the configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of technology platforms that administer benefit plans such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement. The analyst serves as a bridge between benefits third-party vendors to ensure accurate an efficient benefits administration and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer, configure, and support benefits-related modules within HR platforms (Oracle, Bswift). + Troubleshoot system issues and manage data integrity related to benefit enrollment and eligibility. + Collaborate with external vendors to implement and test benefit system updates, integrations, and new plan rollouts. + Analyze and report on benefits data to ensure compliance and support strategic planning. + Manage open enrollment setup, testing, and system readiness. + Monitor file feeds between benefits systems and vendors, resolving discrepancies or errors in data transmission. + Support employee inquiries related to system access and benefits enrollment.
