Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including Mobile desktop support and software troubleshooting. Manage and resolve help desk tickets using ServiceNow, maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions. Mobile software Support/installations. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot network-related problems and enhance overall system performance. ServiceNow, Tickeintng, knowledge based report/Documentations. Offer exceptional customer service by responding promptly to user inquiries and providing effective solutions. Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for future reference.

$22.00 – $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
