Kavaliro is seeking a skilled Telecom Engineer to join our client’steam in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a motivated anddetail-oriented professional with experience in voice engineeringand collaboration technologies. The Telecom Engineer will play acritical role in maintaining and supporting enterprise-level voice,video, and data communication systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communicationssolutions (CUCM, Unity, CER, UCCX, WxCC) Configure and manage voice gateways, SIP trunks, and callrouting Support collaboration tools including Cisco Jabber, WebEx,Microsoft Teams, and room-based video systems (WebEx Boards, VideoBars) Administer call recording platforms (Eleveo, Dubber) and voicesystem call accounting Monitor and troubleshoot network and telecom systems usingSolarWinds and similar tools Maintain emergency communication systems including E911, paging,and intercom Provide support for VMware infrastructure and virtual environments(ESXi) Assist in telecom-related projects and ticketing systemresolution Manage telecom infrastructure including structured cabling, telecomclosets, and low-voltage systems Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on network integration,DNS, DHCP, SSL certs, NPS, RADIUS, TACACS, and VOIP protocols Maintain documentation, perform system updates, and ensurecompliance with best practices and industry standards

Must-Have Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Voice Engineer, CommunicationsEngineer, or Voice Administrator Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid hands-on experience with Cisco voice and collaborationtools Familiarity with monitoring tools, virtual environments, and serverOS (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS) Strong knowledge of telecom network protocols andinfrastructure Ability to obtain the following certifications within 12 months ofemployment: Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Core Voice-Collaboration or Network Certification CCNA Certification Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employeesand applicants.
