Job Summary:

The Design Assistant & Client Specialist reports directly to the Design Manager. Ensures company image is consistent and in keeping with branding. You will be responsible for helping our clients by providing product and service information and assisting with various administrative tasks Personality characteristics: Enthusiastic, upbeat and positive! Primary Responsibilities:

You are the first point of contact for Foremost Builders. The first impression is the most important and sets the stage for all we do. This includes answering phones in a professional manner, monitoring new voicemails and responding within 24 hours, screening and transferring calls, taking messages from callers, greeting and assisting clients and visitors. Provide information about the products and services we offer Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Schedule sales appointments for the President and Design Consultants. Sending campaigns post DA signing. Sending Design questionnaires, inspiration photos, listing priorities, etc Attend Design meetings and take notes for Daily Logs. Post-meeting To Do creation for Designer and Clients. Create and Update Design Schedules in BuilderTrend Maintain and Keep Design schedules on track. Check in with Clients prior to job start-up. Writing SOPs for this position and other positions as needed. Attend selection meetings with Client. Assist in procuring samples and updating vendors on any changes Reviewing vendor estimates for accuracy Document selections in BuilderTrend Interior Design – potentially assist with select finishes and setting up material boards. Keep product samples current neat and organized. Order displays or samples as needed or requested by the Design Department Ordering custom samples for client projects. Assisting as needed with ordering materials post Remodel Agreement signing Keep supplier product literature neat and organized. Compose letters, proposals and spreadsheets without supervision and assist in sales duties Make a client gift package at the conclusion of each remodel project for client. Assemble client care binders during each remodel project and present it to the client at the end of the job. Manage the client survey process; submit client/job information to Guild Quality and monitor results. Coordinate and attend professional photography sessions of completed jobs, order prints and display at office. Update current marketing pieces and distribute, using mailing lists. Outsourcing items as needed or you see fit. Assist the President in community-based projects.

Essential Requirements:

Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. Able to work independently and as a team member. Problem Solver. Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and other standard computer programs. Willing to adapt to new technologies and learn computer programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
