Job Description
ITAC Solutions is looking for a designer to lead the UI and UX for a new suite of software applications for one of our clients. This designer will be a critical member of the team that will work with software engineers, UX researchers, strategists, product managers, and many other team members in a fast-paced and Agile setting.

What you’ll be doing: Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to inform intuitive and engaging experiences
Translate complex ideas into understandable concepts
Create frameworks, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes to communicate innovative product ideas, working within cross-functional teams
Create prototypes that showcase multiple design concepts quickly, with an understanding of what customer and business problems they solve
Drive design solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for each product
Leverage service blueprints to capture and bring together ‘front-stage’ and ‘back-stage ‘experience
Execute all design stages from concept to development
Partner with researchers in conducting user research and have the ability to conduct self-initiated user testing
Evaluate user feedback and iterate design and concept based on insights gained from feedback
Influence the roadmap for research initiatives, product development, and feature development
Contribute to the development of design guidelines to create consistent experiences across the user journey
Scope requests, develop and communicate a level of effort, and plan work to be done in a dynamic team environment What you’ll need to be considered: 4-6 years UI/UX experience
Portfolio of past design work
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc or InVision
Excellent visual design skills
Experience designing B2B experiences.
Work in an Agile development process.
Development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Creation of accessibility solutions that adhere to WCAG guidelines.
