Job Description User Interaction/User Experience(UI/UX) Designer – Huntsville, AL Full Visibility is seeking a User Interaction/User Experience Designer to work in Huntsville, AL. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligible clearance. The User Interaction/User Experience Designer will work with the development team to build mock-ups of intuitive interfaces and work across case management development teams to provide a consistent look and feel. The candidate will review user experience feedback and adjust accordingly, work with users to understand use cases, and update and maintain style guides. The ideal candidate will work with the development teams on responsive designs based on current best practices and ensure 508 compliant designs. The UI/UX Designer will oversee all visual design efforts, guide, mentor, and coach team members while leading projects to successful completion, and develop and maintain relationships with key peers in Marketing, Branding, UX leaders, IT leaders, and others to identify and plan creative solutions. The successful candidate will manage external service resources and budgets for visual design, ensure successful completion of all work executed by the team (on time, on budget, and ensuring quality), and ensure compliance with the project management methodologies and the Project Management Office processes and standards. The candidate will develop, maintain, and ensure compliance of application release management, outage management, change control processes and standards, and define, create, communicate, and manage resource plans and other required project documentation such as style guides and provide updates as necessary. The User Interaction/User Experience Designer will develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes of easy-to-navigate user interfaces (UIs) that consists of web pages with graphics, icons, and color schemes that are visually appealing and research user needs as well as potential system enhancements. The candidate will plan, recruit, and facilitate the usability testing of a system and analyze and synthesize the results of usability testing to provide recommendations for change to a system.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance
  • At least six (6+) years of UI/UX Designer experience
  • Experience coding, testing, debugging documents, and implementing web applications using a variety of platforms
  • Possess strong statistical and analytical knowledge
  • Proficient communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field OR in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of experience Benefits
