Position Summary:
As an Application L1/L2 Associate Advisor, lead the team to monitor, troubleshoot, design and deliver Robotic automation solution, and bring powerful health services capabilities, and Agentic solution harnessing the power of AI. As a key leader in the organization you will have the opportunity to work directly with partner IT and business teams, owning and driving major deliverables across all aspects of Robotics Automation delivery and build solutions to champion for affordable, predictable, and simple health care.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Provide hands on technical expertise to the team to Develop, troubleshoot and enhancements, including individual contributions. Define detailed Solution Design Document from high level product descriptions and enable your team to do the same. Drive and facilitate innovation within the team. Experienced working in large enterprise setup with large team size and an ability to align and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders
Monitor, drive and facilitate individual growth of your teams individual contributors. Build, manage, and develop world-class engineers including hiring recommendations and guide and mentor engineers. Ensure high quality design reviews which meet business and technical goals and drive critical feedback on support and operations issues. Participate in strategic planning to achieve technical and business alignment with team, leadership chain, and with customers. Drives end-to-end Robotics support life cycle, inclusive of partner delivery organizations.
Coordinates impact appropriately with business and stakeholders and ensure SLAs are not impacted and escalated.
Experience Required:
Overall, 8+ years experience and Deep hands-on technical expertise in Robotics Process and Robotics Desktop automation.
UiPath Agentic knowledge to support daily operational production efficiencies.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Strong metrics-driven approach to monitor and control Robotics support operations performances to ensure project SLAs are met
Expertise in Service Management and related industry standard tools such as Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for team organization and mentorship.
Experience with the SCRUM methodology for agile development. Prior experience as a software developer or software development manager would be preferred.
Education and Training Required:
A bachelor s or master s degree in computer science/engineering, or similar majors.
Primary Skills:
UiPath, Blue Prism Robotics Experience (requires 2 of the 3 for experience)
