What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a AI Solution Designer to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered user experiences that drive business outcomes. This is a client-facing role that blends strategic design thinking with deep knowledge of Generative AI tools and capabilities. You will lead discovery sessions, capture requirements, and translate business needs into intelligent, user-centric IVA and AI workflows. Ideal candidates have a strong background in customer experience, prompt development, and leveraging LLMs to power digital self-service.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Discovery & Requirements Gathering:

Lead requirements discovery sessions with clients, serving as the primary business analyst to document goals, personas, use cases, and success criteria.

AI Experience Design:

Architect intuitive IVA and GenAI workflows using tools like MS Visio or Lucidchart, focusing on automation, containment, and seamless handoffs.

Prompt Development:

Create, test, and refine GenAI prompts to support accurate, secure, and contextual user interactions.

User Flow Mapping:

Design end-to-end AI-assisted customer journeys that align with brand voice, call drivers, and customer intents.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with developers, QA, and product managers to ensure proper implementation and optimization of IVA flows.

Optimization & Tuning:

Post-go-live, analyze KPIs like CSAT, deflection, call containment, and user drop-off to identify areas for performance improvement.

Documentation & Enablement:

Develop business rules, success matrices, training guides, and other documentation to support internal and client-side adoption.

Requirements:

3-7+ years of experience in AI-powered CX, IVA design, or digital transformation roles. Proven track record leading client-facing discovery and translating requirements into scalable AI workflows. Hands-on experience designing prompts and interactions for GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangChain, RAG, or Semantic Kernel (no coding required, but strategic understanding preferred). Experience working within SaaS or cloud-native ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in tools like Microsoft CoPilot, MS Visio, Lucidchart, and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence). Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Communications, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
