1 year plus extensions Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and innovative User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors through various research methodologies. Your insights will drive the design and development of user-centered products, ensuring that we create engaging and effective experiences for our users. Duties Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights on user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Balsamiq and InVision to visualize design concepts. Apply design thinking principles to identify opportunities for enhancing user experiences across digital platforms. Analyze research findings and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Create user personas and journey maps to illustrate user interactions with products. Stay updated with industry trends in UX design, usability testing, and emerging technologies. Requirements Proven experience in experience design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Balsamiq and InVision. Familiarity with web development languages including HTML and SCSS. Knowledge of WordPress for managing content-driven websites is a plus. Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail. Ability to apply design thinking methodologies effectively in projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present research findings clearly. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
