Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AEM Tech Lead with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.4/6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web solutions, guiding a distributed engineering team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile and eCommerce-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end technical delivery on AEM projects, including architecture, development, and deployment. Design and implement frontend solutions using micro-frontend (MFE) patterns and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or NextJS. Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience. Guide caching strategies, API integration (GraphQL), and data access with SQL/NoSQL databases. Manage and mentor remote engineering teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills:

Hands-on expertise with Adobe AEM 6.4/6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service Strong frontend development experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, NextJS, GraphQL Proven knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and frontend performance optimization Experience in Agile delivery and eCommerce platforms Familiarity with caching mechanisms, message queues, SQL, and NoSQL databases Demonstrated leadership in managing remote engineering teams
