Experience developing in modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog. Proficiency with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs. Experience with Agile development practices. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
