DescriptionWe’re looking for an UX Designer II, working in theTelecommunications industry in Miami, Florida, UnitedStates.

Responsibilities Investigating user experience design requirements for our suiteof digital assets. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX designstrategy for the brand. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes,visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps,and prototypes. Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus,search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, pagedesigns, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal andexternal designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailoredexperiences for the digital user. Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UXresearch methodologies and testing activities in order to analyzeand predict user behavior. Adhering to style standards on typography and graphicdesign. Generating multiple credible design solutions based onanalysis. Exhibiting mastery of shared tools and software fordesign. Identifying appropriate design problems and opportunitieswithin a brief and recommend solutions. Participating in divergent and convergent group work. Working independently with some guidance to solve larger, moreopen-ended problems. Exploring, refining, and documenting solutions thoroughly.
