About Us We design and build immersive wellness technologies that promote emotional balance, relaxation, and healing. Our work includes creating physical wellness spaces, interactive digital tools, and therapeutic media for nonprofits, healthcare settings, and progressive organizations. What You’ll Do Develop responsive, user-centered front-end applications Build and maintain secure, scalable back-end systems and integrations Translate UX designs into clean, functional code (HTML, CSS, JS) Collaborate directly with the CEO and creative team on user experience strategy Conduct user testing and refine applications based on feedback Ensure cross-device optimization, usability, and accessibility What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in front-end and back-end development Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and experience with Node.js, Python, or similar back-end frameworks Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and attention to visual detail Ability to work independently and contribute creatively Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boca Raton, FL This is an on-site position – remote work is not available Bonus Points For Experience with React, Webflow, or similar platforms Background in wellness, medtech, or emotional health tech Familiarity with databases, APIs, and deployment workflows Animation, motion design, or video editing skills Why Join Us?
