We are seeking a UI/UXDesigner to support the development of new and existing softwaresolutions. Primarily designing UI/UX for web and mobileapplications, you will work closely with the developers to ensurean effective user-friendly experience and professional design. Thisposition requires expertise in understanding the various users andtheir unique roles within the applications to design efficient andaesthetically pleasing user flows. The ideal candidate hasexperience designing complex user interfaces for web applicationsorganizing an overwhelming array of features in an easilyconsumable layout.

Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, prototypes, storyboards andmockups based on application requirements
• Identify designproblems and devise elegant solutions
• Make strategic design anduser-experience decisions related to core and new functions andfeatures
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly testand iterate your designs
• Collaborate with other team members andstakeholders
• Create and maintain SharePoint and WordPresscontent.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 3+ years ofexperience designing complex solutions with preference given tocandidates with experience designing medical applications used bypatients and medical personnel
• Expertise in standard UX designsoftware such as Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop
• Experiencewith HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
• Experience with .Net MVC Razor ispreferred but not required
• Ability to clearly and effectivelycommunicate design processes, ideas and solutions
• Experiencecreating and maintaining SharePoint and WordPress content is a plusbut not required.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree incomputer science or similar discipline is preferred but notrequired.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Not required, niceto have.

Computer Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeApplications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

EnvironmentalFactors/Physical Demands:

Work is performed in an office. Whileperforming the duties of this job, the employee is regularlyrequired to have the ability to maintain active customer andemployee communication; access, input and retrieve information fromthe computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerizedsystem often while listening on the telephone. May be subject torepetitive motion such as typing, data entry and vision to monitor.

May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and liftingup to thirty (30) pounds.
