Job Description A fortune 50 client is looking for a Staff UX Desginer/Researcher to join their team to cover a team members maternity leave. This person will be joining the Enterprise UX customer loyalty team at a large retail client. This person will be working on employee and customer facing loyalty products/applications working closely with the .com UX organization. This person should be a strong communicator communicating with multiple stakeholders, gathering information, conducting interviews, uncovering true underlying painpoints, etc. This person needs to understand how to unpack a problem, create a design solution, and then test that solution. This person is expected to bring clarity to ambiguity and create organization. This person will be 20%/30% research Vs. 80%/70% design focused. This team is looking for a strong UX leader that is hands on continuing to produce designs/solutions.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
