Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with extensive experience in test automation and quality assurance practices. This role involves overseeing test management, designing and executing automation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of robust, defect-free digital solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UI Path and other automation tools, performance testing, and cloud-native environments. Key Responsibilities
Oversee test management activities including traceability matrix and status reporting.
Design, develop, and execute test automation frameworks and suites.
Evaluate and maintain manual and automated test cases and procedures.
Conduct performance testing using enterprise-level tools.
Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive reports.
Participate in reviews of requirements, architecture, and design documents.
Act as a key contact for automation needs across teams.
Manage and maintain physical, virtualized, and simulated test environments.
Identify and resolve integration issues across application components.
Assist in reviewing code coverage and conducting test reviews.
Manage defect lifecycle from identification to resolution.
Customize automation frameworks based on client requirements.
Plan and implement testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale systems. Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in test automation, including UI Path.
8+ years of experience designing functional and end-to-end test cases.
6+ years of experience developing automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.NET/SpecFlow.
2+ years of experience with performance testing tools (preferably JMeter).
3+ years of experience in test automation with technologies such as AMQ, WMQ, Kafka, Couchbase, and GCPS.
2+ years of experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Design (BDD) and frameworks like Cucumber.
6+ years of experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
2+ years of experience with Cargo Platform implementing forwarding and transportation management functions (CargoWise experience is required). Preferred Qualifications
Advanced skills in performance testing tools.
Experience with Azure DevOps pipeline setup.
Hands-on experience in UI and API test automation.
Deep knowledge of test plans, automation design, and iterative development.
Experience in mobile automation.
Experience in leadership roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
