Remote Job Summary Work closely with software developers to understand product intricacies ensuring that testing strategies align with development goals
identifying issues early in the development process and being involved all the way from ideation to delivery of new user features
promoting proactive quality assurance practices and fostering a culture of shared responsibility for quality
Understand requirements and create test scenarios cases for different stages PIM specific features and Analyze Responsibilities Must have 10 to 12 years of testing experience
Experience in MDM Stibo Step tool
Test the User Interface of STEP based on ATT UX requirements
Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and product team members
Work closely with software developers to understand product intricacies ensuring that testing strategies align with development goals
identifying issues early in the development process and being involved all the way from ideation to delivery of new user features
promoting proactive quality assurance practices and fostering a culture of shared responsibility for quality
Understand requirements and create test scenarios cases for different stages PIM specific features
Analyze the system specification
Regularly evaluate and enhance testing processes and tools keeping abreast of the latest testing methodologies tools and industry best practices
Ensure the product meets functional requirements and performs optimally under various conditions adhering to stringent security standards
Adopt a user centric approach to testing focusing on user scenarios and preferences to deliver a positive user experience
Certifications Required Yes Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between 120,000 – $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
