Full Job Description Overview Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Experience Design (XD) or a related field (e.g. Information Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Marketing) Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus
Experience:
5-8 years in UX research within industry or agency settings Conduct, analyze, and synthesize user research to inform design decisions Develop and advocate for research strategies and methodologies across projects Plan and execute usability studies, both online and in the field, to uncover user needs and mental models Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experiences Test business requirements using heuristic and qualitative research methods
