What We Need
Corpay is currently hiring a UX Designer for the Prepaid Card line of business. In this role, you will work on the Product Design team to design features and interfaces for mobile cardholder applications. Responsibilities include prototyping, interaction design, supporting user research, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining design standards. Position requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. The UX Designer must be a problem solver that is comfortable working independently. The ideal candidate should have a passion for UX and ability to advocate for the user.

Role Responsibilities
Designing interfaces, interactions, and workflows for Prepaid cardholder applications.
Designing for mobile interfaces and adapt for use on other devices w appropriate.
Partnering with UX Researchers to understand user needs and tailor designs to meet those needs.
Supporting Product Management with low-fidelity mocks for early initiative scoping.
Creating prototypes to support user research and hand off to development teams.
Maintaining a backlog of incremental design improvements to implement continuously to Prepaid cardholder applications.
Maintaining and contributing to Corpay’s UX Design System.
Working with developers to align component libraries to the Design System.
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of experience in UX design required
Experience working with agile development teams required
Design portfolio demonstrating strong understanding of the design process and collaboration with stakeholders required
Proficiency with Figma preferred
College degree in Human Interaction Design or comparable certification in equivalent field preferred
Familiarity with card provider and payments industries a plus
Experience working remote a plus
