Product Designer Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

We’re seeking an experienced Product Designer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Design Lead, Product Owners and developers to create intuitive, user-centered designs while working within our established design systems. This position reports to the Design Lead on the project for design feedback and direction. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital productsWork directly with Product Owners to understand requirements and translate them into design solutionsCollaborate with developers, preparing and delivering dev-ready design documentationContribute to our design system and ensure consistent collaboration and implementation with the larger teamParticipate in Agile ceremonies and design reviewsConduct user research and usability testing as needed (A/B testing)Required Qualifications5-7 years of experience in product designExpert proficiency with Figma for design and prototypingStrong experience with Miro for collaborative design workDemonstrated experience working in Agile environmentsExperience working with and contributing to design systemsProven track record of preparing and handing over dev-ready design documentationPortfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, solutions and outcomesExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Tools & TechnologiesFigma (expert level)Miro (expert level)Design systems implementationPrototyping toolsAgile/Scrum methodologiesThis role is onsite and remote. Talent not local to Cambridge will NOT be considered.

Client DescriptionCompensation Range:

$65 – $70 hrly (DOE)The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
