UX Designer Perks:

UX Designer Requirements:
2-3 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in consumer or eCommerce products. Proficiency in Figma, especially working within or scaling design systems. Strong UI design skills with an understanding of responsive design. Experience designing across web and mobile platforms. Ability to organize and contribute to design documentation.
UX Designer Responsibilities:
Support re-platforming efforts across web, app, and in-store kiosk experiences. Work within and contribute to the evolution of the design system (Design System 2.0). Design reusable components and user flows in Figma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design and development. Help document design patterns and system usage guidelines.
