In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall experience of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into engaging and functional user interfaces. Your expertise in design tools and methodologies will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aspects of our applications. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and business objectives. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and analyze user behavior. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Fireworks, and other design software. Develop responsive design solutions that work seamlessly across various devices and platforms. Implement design systems and maintain consistency across all user interfaces. Utilize Agile methodologies to iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design. Skills Proficiency in UX design principles and methodologies. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including React, Redux, and Less style sheet language. Experience with Google tools for analytics and performance measurement. Ability to analyze business requirements effectively to inform design decisions. Familiarity with prototyping tools and graphic design software such as Adobe After Effects and Fireworks. Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders. A keen eye for detail with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
