User Experience (UX) Designer at Robert Half in New Gloucester, Maine, United States Job Description Description Robert Half’s client is looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer for a 3+ month contract role. This is an onsite role located in the Portland, Maine area. You will be required to work onsite 5 days/week. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating user-centered designs that enhance digital interactions and improve overall usability. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, Figma, and WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of front-end development, including CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and collaborative workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and ensuring consistency across designs.
• Excellent communication skills to present and discuss design concepts with stakeholders.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI design and technology.
