This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong visual design skills who thrives in ambiguity and excels at aligning multidisciplinary teams. You will play a key role in shaping human-centered experiences that support business goals and elevate brand trust. The Basics FULLY REMOTE, expected to perform most work from 9am-3pm CST daily

12 month duration, potential to extend, offering 40 hours per week Top 3
Skills Required Visual & UX Design Expertise:
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with a strong eye for detail across digital and print mediums.
Strategic Communication:
Ability to synthesize complex ideas into compelling visual narratives for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Experience working with researchers, analysts, and technologists to align design with strategic objectives. Other Qualifications At least 5+ years of progressive design experience.
Background in financial services, healthcare, or urban planning preferred.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
Experience creating design playbooks, frameworks, and prototypes. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality visual designs, prototypes, and design collateral that align with brand and business goals.
Develop data visualizations, infographics, and journey maps to support storytelling and decision-making.
Advocate for user-centric design by integrating research insights into design solutions.
Present design concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives by balancing user needs with business objectives.
