Join a team of experienced UX professionals and system thinkers in a mature design organization. As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead and evolve a centralized design system that enables consistent, accessible, and scalable digital user experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to create a cohesive foundation for all member and provider-facing platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, evolve, and maintain a scalable and accessible design system.
Develop reusable components, design tokens, and pattern libraries.
Partner with design, engineering, and product teams to ensure system alignment.
Advocate for system adoption and drive best practices.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to support design implementation.
Deliver component documentation and support design-to-code workflows.
Mentor junior designers and support system governance.
Must Have:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 5+ years in design systems.
Proficient in Figma (4-6 years), including advanced component-based UI design.
Strong systems thinking and ability to scale design systems across platforms.
Experience with tools such as:
Tokens Studio, Storybook
React, HTML/CSS, theming frameworks
Zeroheight, Zeplin, or similar documentation tools
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Background in healthcare or enterprise UX environments
