Experience:

SAP Fiori, Figma, UX Design We’re looking for anexperienced Senior Product Designer to join our design team at ourclient . This is an opportunity to do highly impactful work oninnovating processes and user workflows on SAP software forenterprise-level tasks, with specific areas of focus such as sales,invoicing, financial reporting, etc. In this role, you will have aclose partnership with our operators (end-users) and across-functional agile team to help influence the roadmap, productstrategy, and the User Experience. You will collaborate and workclosely with the Service Design Manager and development team tosolve problems and work on scaling the product together. Whatyou’ll be doing Empathize

  • Willingness to immerse into the user’scontext, learning their internal processes, such as how theyconduct financial reporting, procurement, invoicing and others, togain deep empathy for their challenges and opportunities. Simplify
  • Translate opportunities and needs into simplified ways to get thejobs done on SAP S4/Hana while taking into account their offlineworkflows and activities. Communicate
  • Mock-up Lo-Fi “To-Be ” userinterfaces (UIs) using SAP Fiori, assembling components asnecessary to communicate design intent. Flexible
  • Customize andfinalize UIs using existing components out of the box or create newones if necessary, including minor modifications when required.

Test

  • Perform UI testing with actual users using tools like SAP’sBuild Me and/or Figma. Collaborate
  • Iterate on UI designs based onfeedback from multiple stakeholders and user studies, ensuringcontinuous improvement and alignment with user needs. Advocate
  • Bethe key person to foster consistent user experience in theorganization, across our entire product suite, paving the way forelevated interactions that will redefine user engagement with oursoftware. Relationships
  • Build relationships with thecross-functional partners such as Design, Product Management,Engineering What you’ll bring SAP and/or ERP Experience Experiencedin SAP/Fiori or other ERP/SaaS products (e.

  • partnering with product and development tooversee the user experience from conception to launch to learnEducation in Interaction Design, Computer Science or similarPortfolio A strong portfolio showcasing foundational understandingof UX and UI design, thought process and how you’ve contributed tosolving specific problems with functional designs Keen ability tograsp complexity quickly and to focus on key issues Clearcommunication skills and ability to present your work to internalstakeholders at different design stages and support your decisionsExperience with prototyping to explore and convey design solutionsProficiency in industry-standard design software (e.
