Senior User Experience Designer:
An influential contributor in improving the workflows and overallexperience for end users. This person will partner with the other UX Design team members,Product Managers and Technical Architects to uncover real problemsas well as concept and validate effective design solutions. Acts as a coach, mentor and lead for both internal teams as well asan advocate for our users’ needs.

UX Design Requirements:
Expert in Figma application, using component libraries and bestpractices to streamline and create proficient design files forscalability and ease of editing/modifying Proficiency in iOS native design Understanding of AI tools and evolving tech that can enhance andmake design and user experiences more efficient and effective Use empathy and critical and analytical thinking to understand andframe problems Comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders, includingexecutives, and can communicate ideas in the language of businessas well as design Shares knowledge and expertise with more junior team members byproviding design guidance and coaching Displays diplomatic conflict resolution and consensus building,eliciting feedback to act as a change agent for the team Ability to work on future visioning for UX, at the same timeproviding support to agile teams to support the
SDLC Responsibilities:
Plan and lead complex projects within UX and across functionalproject teams Assist with the development and execution of the overall strategyat the key departmental level; having a clear understanding of thelong-term vision and strategy of the company Facilitate dialog with Product Managers and Technical Architects inorder to uncover clear problem definition and identifyassumptions Advocate for user needs and representation in the translation ofbusiness objectives into project requirements Partner with and support Research in conducting research effortsincluding user discovery, concept validation, and usabilityevaluation Translate findings and recommendations into fully functionaltechnical designs that will be meaningful for users and also willmesh with the product roadmap Facilitate design ideation and strategy sessions withcross-functional groups Develop structural and strategic work defining user scenarios,workflows, interaction models and conceptual wireframes Anticipate issues at a macro and micro level concurrently Work through implementation with scrum teams to ensure the desireduser experience from functionality to form is carried through thedevelopment cycle Lead fellow UX Design team members to refine interaction, promotingconsistency and UX standards development
