Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic UX Project Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our ongoing projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with UX Researchers and key stakeholders to drive productivity and ensure seamless project operations. Your contributions will be pivotal in optimizing team performance and delivering exceptional user experiences. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business Analytics, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 3+ years of experience in UX operations, knowledge management, or similar roles supporting research teams. Demonstrated experience implementing and managing knowledge repositories or insights databases. Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and how findings translate to product decisions. Experience evaluating and implementing software tools and managing vendor relationships. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and derive insights from complex information. Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience developing or managing standardized processes across multiple teams or regions. Knowledge of participant recruitment and panel management best practices. Responsibilities Create and manage a global knowledge hub: Build and maintain an AI-enhanced unified repository that integrates insights from various research sources, enabling rapid retrieval of historical findings.

Tool evaluation and optimization:

Assess current UX tools, negotiate vendor relationships, and recommend solutions that balance researcher needs with cost efficiency.

Standardize research processes:

Design, implement, and enforce standardized research methodologies and workflows across all regions to ensure consistency and quality.

Support participant panel growth:

Develop strategies and systems to expand and maintain participant panels globally, ensuring diverse representation and research readiness.

Operations improvement:

Identify operational bottlenecks and develop streamlined processes that enhance UX productivity.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work closely with UX researchers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure systems support organizational goals.

Data governance:

Establish and maintain standards for organizing and tagging research data to ensure accessibility and usability.

Compensation :

$45/hr to $52/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
