User Experience (UX) Designer
Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is an ongoing 100% remote contract opportunity. We’re looking for a seasoned UX Designer to join a fast-paced team working on a mobile product in active development. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the UX process from early concept through final delivery on a high-impact, user-facing experience. You should bring a polished presence, a strategic mindset, and a portfolio that reflects thoughtful, end-to-end design work.

What You’ll Do:

Drive UX strategy and execution across key mobile experiences
Design user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
Translate complex user needs and business goals into elegant, scalable design solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research
Advocate for user-centered design and ensure accessibility best practices
Present your work with confidence, clearly articulating your rationale
Work independently while fostering strong team rapport and communication
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

4-6 years of UX design experience
, ideally with complex, consumer-facing products
A portfolio with 4+ case studies that show a full design process from concept to delivery
Strong understanding of mobile UX best practices and responsive design
Ability to work autonomously, manage your own timelines, and make informed design decisions
Polished and articulate communicator who can build trust quickly
Strong attention to detail and comfort with complexity
A self-starter mindset
