UX Designer Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to gain insights into user behavior and needs. + Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. + Design and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile applications. + Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs. + Develop and maintain design systems and UX standards. + Advocate for the user experience throughout the product development lifecycle. + Analyze metrics and user feedback to continually improve the user experience.

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field. + 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role. + Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. + Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Portfolio of UX design work showcasing process, problem-solving, and final outcomes.
