Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Senior Designer for their Raleigh, NC / Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading experiences for our clients, teammates and the business.
Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs.
Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.
Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions. Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals.
Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.
Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education)
Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-making
Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards
Excellent time and issue management skills
Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas
Strong ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback
Proficiency in applicable software applications – Figma and Adobe CS
English language fluency
Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teams
Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile
Comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity
